Backlog Trip Reports

July 29, 2022

A longtime friend called yesterday asking if he could spend the night while passing through on his way home to Oklahoma. I was excited at the prospect of seeing him again that, of course, I said yes. After breakfast, he headed on his way, and I ran to a previously scheduled doctor’s appointment. It is monsoon season here in Southern Utah, and it was hot and muggy when I exited the doctor’s office. I promise I hike most Fridays, but for now, I’ll have to settle with another Backlog trip report.

Backlog Trip Reports

July 26, 2022

Note: In my effort to keep trip reports on the dates of their occurrence, I've included the link to the Mount Majestic and Hook Canyon Trip Report, which I wrote in 2014 but never published. I've just returned from a two-week vacation, and between work and home duties that need catching up, I decided to backlog today's post with the Mount Majestic and Hook Canyon adventure.

One Day Son (Meme Monday)

July 25, 2022

Okay, I know this isn’t a meme; however, the truth of the comic strip made me laugh out loud. You see, the funniest things in life are those that hit closest to home.

PKM using TheBrain: Episode 3 - Today

July 20, 2022

Appointments and To do's generally gather the most information for me regarding my "hard landscape," as David Allen from Getting Things Done would call this section of the daily notes.
