If you haven’t had a chance to watch the “Limitless” series on Disney+ starring Chris Hemsworth, I highly recommend taking a look. The series is a beautiful production by National Geographic and explores different ways we can live better and possibly longer. I watched episode 5 on memory today, and it shouldn’t have come as a surprise; the memory expert challenge is a two-day trek with Chris and his friend finding their way to a specific location. Walking through nature, using our brains to figure out the best route, it turns out, is extremely valuable in keeping our minds alert and active. As if I needed any more excuses to get out and hike.
