Broze Knoll. Lund - UT, quad

A short trip today as the wind and dust picked up. I drove from Cedar City to Lund, across the railroad tracks, and turned right on Blue Mountain. I've followed several faint trails via Google satellite images and found one leading near the saddle between Blue Mountain and UNP 7262. Today as I unload the quad and loop around the southern tip of Broze Knoll, I realize I am too far south for my approach.

I've stopped at Broze Knoll twice already, intending to reach the summit of this non-ranked peak. And twice I've turned away. Today is the day as I make my way down a short connecting trail to a pleasant campsite.

Three rocky ridgelines drop from the summit ridgeline, and I choose the one directly across from my position. The climb is Slickrock boulders, and I slip a few times on the small pebbles. The summit is at the southern end of the ridge, and a slight boulder rise marks the top. Cliffs drop away directly underfoot to make the views spectacular for this small knoll.
